DECISION
On the court's own motion, motions by appellant returnable August 7, 2007 are hereby consolidated for purposes of disposition.
Motions by appellants for a stay pending appeal are granted and disbursement of the escrow account is stayed pending determination of the appeal on condition the appeal is perfected by November 2, 2007.
In the event that the condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on 3 days' notice.
