DECISION

That branch of the motion by appellant seeking to deem the notice of appeal from the decision after trial dated November 3, 2006 to be from the judgment entered pursuant thereto on March 21, 2007 is granted (see CPLR 5520 [c]).

That branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect appeal is denied as moot.
