DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent, inter alia, for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 30, 2007, and for an expedited briefing schedule.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal and for an expedited briefing schedule are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants shall perfect the appeal on or before October 10, 2007, the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before November 9, 2007, and the appellants shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before November 19, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal shall be calendared expeditiously; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
