DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Tonisha Renee J., a/k/a Tanisha Renea J., a/k/a Tonisha J., a/k/a Tanisha J. from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated April 17, 2007 (one in each proceeding). By order to show cause dated July 3, 2006, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings for failure to comply with scheduling orders all dated May 23, 2007, issued pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.4(a)(2).

Now on the court's own motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is denied.
