| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 13, 2006, to dispense with the reproduction of hearing exhibit "B," and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dispense with the reproduction of hearing exhibit "B" is granted, and the appellant shall file the original of hearing exhibit "B" with the Clerk of this court at the same time as the appellant's brief is filed (see 22 NYCRR 670.10.2[b][6][i]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 12, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
