Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 11, 2006, for leave to reargue his motion for leave to file a supplemental brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated July 9, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before November 19, 2007.
