On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 11, 2007, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order is substituted therefor:
Motion by the Law Guardian to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated April 30, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic, as the appellant's application to withdraw the appeal was granted by an order on application of this court dated August 30, 2007.
