Motion by the appellants pursuant to CPLR 5520(a) to extend, nunc pro tunc, the time to serve a notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 25, 2007, which notice of appeal was timely filed.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the notice of appeal is deemed timely served.
