| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by William J. Keahon, Esq., to be substituted as retained counsel, in place of assigned counsel, to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 17, 2007, and to continue his poor person status on the appeal. The appellant's motion to dispense with printing and for assignment of counsel was granted on March 13, 2007, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:
