| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered November 15, 2005, and for leave to include arguments in the brief relating to the denial of his motions pursuant to sections 440.10, 440.20, and 440.30(1-a) of the Criminal Procedure Law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before November 16, 2007, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
