Motion by the plaintiffs-appellants for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 28, 2004, which were determined by an opinion and order of this court dated January 23, 2007, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this court. Separate motion by the defendants-appellants for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the plaintiffs-appellants' motion is denied, with $100 costs payable to the respondents; and it is further,
ORDERED that the defendants-appellants' motion is denied.
