| DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate appeals by Kadhiyah Faiez and Salem Al-Nahari from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 13, 2007. By order to show cause dated August 10, 2007, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned by order on certification dated June 18, 2007, to represent the appellant Salem Al-Nahari on the appeal on the ground that the attorney has been unable to contact the appellant Salem Al-Nahari , and dismissing the appeal taken by the appellant Salem Al-Nahari.
On the court's own motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment to represent the appellant Salem Al-Nahari on the above-entitled appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal by the appellant Salem Al-Nahari is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
