ORDERED that the brief of the respondent-appellant that was deposited in the office of the Clerk of this court on September 12, 2007, is accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the law guardian's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until September 24, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
