DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Barbara J. Barron, an attorney in good standing in the State of Texas, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the proposed intervenors-respondents on appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 23, 2006, an order of the same court also dated October 23, 2006, and a judgment of the same court dated November 22, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted.
