| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both rendered November 17, 2005, and for assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to moving for leave to file a supplemental brief when the appeal is perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's assigned counsel shall perfect the appeals on or before November 19, 2007.
