Motion by the Law Guardian on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 10, 2006, to enlarge the record on appeal to include the transcripts of proceedings which occurred on March 30, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before October 10, 2007, the Law Guardian is directed to file a copy of the transcripts of proceedings which occurred on March 30, 2005, with the Clerk of the court.
