Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 11, 2007, to include certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the record on appeal is enlarged to include the following documents listed in paragraphs 9-16 of the affirmation of Christina Brandt-Young, dated September 5, 2007:
(1) Petition for custody of Mohamed Baksh dated March 13, 2007;
(2) Temporary order of visitation dated March 20, 2007;
(3) Family offense petition of Mohamed Baksh dated March 13, 2007;
(4) Family offense petition of Norma Baksh against Amin Omar Baksh dated March 15, 2007;
(5) Petition for custody of Norma Noemy Baksh dated March 16, 2007;
(6) Order to show cause dated March 20, 2007;
(7) Affirmation of Angela T. Starr dated March 19, 2007, submitted in support of order to show cause dated March 20, 2007; and
(8) Petition for custody of Amein Omar Baksh dated March 19, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before October 19, 2007, the appellant shall file copies of these documents with the Clerk of the court.
