It is Ordered that the motion to vacate the stay is denied, without prejudice to renew in the event the appellant fails to comply with the orders of this court. The parties should attempt to stipulate to the correctness of the transcript, rather than await the return of the trial judge from vacation. The time to perfect the appeal is extended to the January 2008 term - the filing deadline is November 14, 2007.
