It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay of the re-letting of the premises, to and including October 11, 2007. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected and an undertaking in the sum fixed by the court of original instance has been posted, then the stay of the re-letting shall continue pending the determination of the appeal. Otherwise, the premises may be re-let after October 11, 2007.
