It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of continuing the stay of the enforcement of the August 30, 2007 order of the trial court until October 11, 2007. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected for the December 2007 term, then the petitioner-appellant may move for a continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the stay of the Civil Court order is vacated and the order may be enforced after October 11, 2007.
