Application by the nonparty-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 11, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the notice of appeal is amended to reflect that the nonparties Vincent Longobardi and Yitta Weiss are the appellants and the nonparty Deborah Navarro is the respondent (see CPLR 2001); and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the nonparty-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 13, 2007, and the nonparty-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
