In the Matter of Jessie Nau Pierre-Paul, respondent, v Jean R. Pierre-Paul, appellant. (Docket No. F-00487-95)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Jean R. Pierre-Paul from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated February 6, 2007. By decision and order on motion dated June 27, 2007, the appellant was given until July 25, 2007, to perfect the above-entitled appeal. The appeal has not been perfected. By order to show cause dated August 30, 2007, the parties were directed to show cause why the above-entitled appeal should or should not be dismissed.
Now, on the court's own motion, and the papers filed in response to the order to show cause, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
RIVERA, J.P., COVELLO, BALKIN and McCARTHY, JJ., concur.
