Motion by the appellant for leave to withdraw his brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 27, 2006, and for leave to file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's brief is deemed withdrawn; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before November 5, 2007, the appellant shall serve and file his replacement brief.
