Motion by the appellant, in effect, to enjoin the respondent from transferring, alienating, selling, mortgaging, pledging, or hypothecating certain assets titled in the respondent's name pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 28, 2007.
