Separate motions by Ace Overhead Door, Inc., and Glenwood Management Corp. on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 9, 2006, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the appellants and appellant-respondent to perfect their appeals is enlarged until October 29, 2007, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the briefs of the appellants and appellant-respondent must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file the answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal, in accordance with the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
