Motion by the Law Guardian to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 24, 2006, and a judgment of the same court entered June 6, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Law Guardian's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 29, 2007, and the Law Guardian's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
