| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 14, 2006, and a judgment of the same court dated January 9, 2007, for failure to timely perfect the appeals. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion , the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 9, 2007, and the record on the appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
