Application by the respondent Hughes Network Systems, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 22, 2006, and a judgment of the same court entered January 31, 2007.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of Hughes Network Systems, Inc., to file its brief on both appeals, and the time of the plaintiff to file its brief as a respondent on Appeal No. 1, is enlarged until October 16, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that the reply briefs of the appellants, if any, shall be served and filed on or before November 16, 2007.
