DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 27, 2006, and an order of the same court dated August 14, 2007, in effect, for leave to reargue his motion to stay enforcement of the judgment, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated April 11, 2007, and to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
