| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two amended judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both rendered April 22, 2002, to direct the stenographer to transcribe the minutes of the plea proceedings on May 18, 2000, and to certify and file two copies of the transcripts, or, in the alternative, to direct a reconstruction hearing.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED the motion is denied without prejudice to renew on or before November 16, 2007, upon proper papers establishing the relevancy of the plea proceedings on May 18, 2000, to the appeals from the two amended judgments.
