| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with additional material to aid in the preparation of a pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 2, 2004, and to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with additional material is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before November 16, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
