| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 19, 2006, inter alia, for leave to withdraw her brief and to file a replacement brief. Application by the appellant pro se for leave to file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw her brief and to file a replacement brief is granted and on or before November 1, 2007, the appellant shall serve and file the replacement brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that application is denied, with leave to renew on or before December 3, 2007, upon proper papers setting forth the issues to be raised.
