DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered January 26, 2006, and a resentence of the same court dated February 2, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that motion is denied on the ground that the appellant pro se never sought leave to file a pro se supplemental brief, without prejudice to seeking leave to file a pro se supplemental brief on or before November 16, 2007, upon proper papers setting forth the issues to be raised.
