| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 29, 2006, to include the papers submitted by the parties to the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, in connection with the defendants' original motion for summary judgment and a map of "Suffolk Farms - Section 2".
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 19, 2007, the respondents shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the papers submitted by the parties to the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, in connection with the defendants' original motion for summary judgment and a map of "Suffolk Farms - Section 2", which are appended as Exhibits A and B to the instant motion papers.
