Motion by the Law Guardian to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 7, 2006, as academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the Law Guardian's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 31, 2007, and the Law Guardian's brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
