| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated April 17, 2007, as a poor person, for leave to proceed on the original papers, to waive the filing fee, and to waive the certification requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the certification requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) is denied with leave to renew when the appeal is perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
