Appeal by Jimmy Manigat from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 21, 2004. By order to show cause dated October 19, 2006, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal as abandoned (see CPL 460.70[2][c]; 22 NYCRR 670.8[f]).
Upon the Court's own motion and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
