Novus Inmovilliare, Inc. v Gomez, Isabel
It is Ordered that the motion is granted. In light of the recent discovery of the missing recordings of the trial, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to the February 2008 term and the stay is continued until December 11, 2007. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected and the appellant is current in the payment of use and occupancy, then the appellant may move for a continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after December 11, 2007.
