| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated May 23, 2006, for leave to file additional transcripts of certain proceedings which occurred before the Family Court, Orange County, and which resulted in the order dated May 23, 2006, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before November 26, 2007, the appellant shall obtain, settle, and file with the Clerk of this Court any transcripts not previously provided to this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental brief on or before November 26, 2007; the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental brief, if any, on or before December 26, 2007; and the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental reply brief, if any, on or before January 10, 2008.
