| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated March 5, 2007, for leave to file a supplemental record containing 12 color photographs and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before November 13, 2007, the respondents shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the 12 color photographs which were attached to the affidavit of Irv Sevelowitz, dated February 2, 2007, as Exhibit A; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 13, 2007, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
