Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the Rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 31, 2007, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
