Motion by the petitioners, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of prohibition and mandamus, inter alia, to compel the respondent John M. Galasso, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, to vacate certain orders issued pursuant to CPL 330.20 and to prohibit the respondents from seeking any additional orders pursuant to CPL 330.20, which was determined by decision and judgment dated June 12, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
