| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
By opinion and order of this court dated August 21, 2007, the respondent was disbarred on default, the charges in the petition were deemed established, and her name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on March 3, 1986, under the name Nancy Ellen Cohen.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the opinion and order dated August 21, 2007, in the above-entitled proceeding is vacated by reason of the death of the respondent on March 6, 2007.
