DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Lawyers for Children, Inc., the Legal Aid Society of New York, Catholic Charities Immigration Services, St. John's Law School Refugee and Immigration Rights Clinic, U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, and Urban Justice Center for leave to file an amici curiae brief, with addendum, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 14, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the amici curiae brief, with addendum, in the form submitted in connection with the motion must be served on the parties, and nine copies filed in this Court on or before October 30, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 10 days after service upon them of the amici curiae brief.
