Motion by the petitioner for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision, order and judgment of this court dated June 19, 2007, which determined a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of mandamus, inter alia, to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner's pistol license.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
