DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Law Guardian for Teena Marie F. to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated January 6, 2006 (one in each proceeding).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of the Law Guardian for Teena Marie F. to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 16, 2007, and the brief of the Law Guardian for Teena Marie F. must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 3, 2007, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
