Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated May 15, 2007, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 15, 2005, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(f) for failure to timely perfect the same, to reinstate the appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
