DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the defendant pro se for leave to reargue her prior motions pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 24, 2004, and a resentence of the same court, rendered December 2, 2004, for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel which were denied by decision and order on motion dated December 29, 2005, and May 11, 2006, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
