DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to admit pro hac vice John F. Guida, attorney in good standing in the State of Connecticut, to represent the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered January 12, 2007, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged; counsel shall prosecute the appeal expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
