An application having been made for an order granting leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Steuben County Court entered in the Steuben County Clerk's Office on May 23, 2005, as a poor person, and for other relief,
It is hereby ORDERED that said application be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the appeal herein may be prosecuted upon the original papers and ten briefs, handwritten, typewritten or reproduced pursuant to CPLR 5529, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Steuben is hereby directed to furnish Nili T. Moghaddam, Esq., 1285 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York 10019-6064, copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic minutes, if any, of all proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office; and
It is further ORDERED that appellant shall file such papers and transcripts in the Office of the Clerk of this Court at the time he files his briefs, together with proof of service of one copy of the brief on the District Attorney and this appeal will not be placed on the court calendar until such time as the transcripts and briefs are so filed.
